  • This program has been designed for companies that are seeking new growth opportunities. Prior to submitting the application, please take the following requirements into consideration:

    1. The executive team must be available for all activities. If you have not reviewed the program itinerary, please contact Natalia Arias, GVA Program Manager, at narias@guayacan.org.

    2. Completing this application is the first step towards being considered for the GVA program. After submitting your application, we will contact you to schedule an interview to learn more about your company and growth plans.

    3. The application must be completed in English. You can save a draft and edit as you wish.

     

    All information disclosed and/or submitted as part of the GVA application process will be held in strict confidence and used solely for GVA program related tasks and activities. Only members of Grupo Guayacán staff will have access to this information for evaluation purposes. In the case of the fellowships, applications will be shared with sponsors for candidate evaluation.

    The program tuition fee covers participation for up to three senior executives of the company, and the same executives should participate throughout the program. At a minimum, two executives must participate in the program.

    Please fill out the following information about your company's/organization’s financial data. All information will be kept confidential by Guayacán’s team to be used solely as part of the GVA program.
  • Curriculum Selection

  • This year, the program curriculum will be divided into different tracks, each covering specific topics. You may participate in as many tracks as you want. The program curriculum for 2026 is:

    • GVA Core Program
      • Duration: months of February through March and September through October
      • Content: Welcome Meeting, 8 workshops, final presentation
    • Family Business Track
      • Duration: April 9th and 23rd and May 14th and 21st
      • Content: 4 workshops
    • Sales & Marketing Track
      • Duration: May, every Tuesday (5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th)
      • Content: 4 workshops
    • Financials Track
      • Duration: June, every Thursday (4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th)
      • Content: 4 workshops
    • Nonprofit Organizations Track
      • Duration: month of TBD
      • Content: TBD workshops
    • People & Culture Track
      • Duration: August, every Thursday (6th, 12th, 20th, and 27th)
      • Content: 4 workshops

    Participants of the GVA are eligible to apply for partial fellowships sponsored by some of Grupo Guayacán’s corporate partners.
