  • Based on Grupo Guayacán’s experience working with family-owned businesses for almost two decades, this workshop series has been designed for companies whose executive team is composed of one or more family members. Some of the topics in the curriculum include managing relationships between generations, providing continuity to the business, structuring transition or exit processes, and legal and financial planning.

    Friday, August 29, 2025 – Company Valuation & Corporate Governance


    All workshops will be held in-person from 9:00am to 5:00pm in the Hato Rey area.

    The $2,500 tuition allows the participation of three members of the executive team, whom must be available for all workshops.

    Completing this application is the first step towards being considered for the program. After submitting your application, there is a screening and selection process for all the applications received. As part of the process, teams will be invited to an interview to learn more about your company and growth plans. The application must be completed in English.

    All information disclosed and/or submitted as part of the application process will be held in strict confidence and used solely for program related tasks and activities. Only members of Grupo Guayacán staff will have access to this information for evaluation purposes. In the case of having fellowships available, applications will be shared with sponsors for candidate evaluation.
